Our production processes are carried out in a controlled manner and in line with industry standards, covering every stage from block processing to slab production, from selecting the cutting direction to surface treatments.

Production Close to the Source
Thanks to our location near the Silver Travertine quarries in Afyonkarahisar, we have direct access to raw materials. This proximity ensures greater production control, consistent quality, and shorter lead times.

Value Takes Shape Through the Process
From the processing of travertine blocks extracted from the quarry to their transformation into slabs, our entire production process is carried out in a controlled and well-planned manner.
Each stage is managed to preserve the natural structure of Silver Travertine and to ensure surface integrity in architectural applications.

Stone Block Processing
After being extracted from the quarry and transported to the processing facility, the blocks are cut with parallel cuts to form slabs. This process reveals the natural beauty within each block.

Resin Application
The resin treatment fills natural pores and microcracks in the stone, strengthening the slab and creating a more uniform and refined surface.

Slab Surface Treatment
The slabs are then processed to achieve a smooth and polished finish. This stage may include surface calibration, rough honing, and final polishing, depending on the required finish.

Cutting Slabs to Size
Once polished, the slabs are cut to dimensions specified by the client. These cuts can be made for tiles, countertops, or custom architectural applications.
